Do we allow pets?

Our pet policy is that pets may be approved on a case to case basis. Only approved pets are allowed on the property with a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit per animal. Due to our insurance policy we are unable to approve any animals deemed aggressive breeds.

What has to be paid to move in?

You must pay your 1st month’s rent and deposit to move in. In certain circumstances we may allow payments to be made on your deposit.

Can you tour the property?

We require an application to be filled out before we show any properties. Application processing takes 24-48 hours, if you have not heard anything you may call to check the status at 918-552-0440.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Unless it is stated in the listing, utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the rent price.
